How to backup gmail using google takeout

go to Google Takeout
Deselect all and select check box on the Mail.
click next step button on the lower part of the screen.
In the Choose file, frequency and destination, choose Export once in zip format.
Click Create export button and wait for the progress of the download.
After the download preparation, click the download button to download the emails.
